I really wanted to like these, but the designs just feel outdated to me. The colors and prints don’t go together very well, and a lot of it comes off kind of cheap-looking. I feel like it’s not right to make the photos look nicer than the actual items, because it sets people up for disappointment. Overall, definitely not what I was expecting.

I had a frustrating experience with nbtclothing.com customer service . My order was running late , so I reached out hoping to get a quick update .

I waited a few days with no response , and when they finally got back to me , it felt like a generic copy and paste reply . It didn’t really answer what I was asking at all .

I tried following up again , but still didn’t get anything useful . I understand delays can happen , but leaving customers hanging like that is not okay . I wouldn’t order from them again .

I expected a lot better for the price. The clothes looked nice enough online, but when they showed up, they just didn’t feel like anything special. I spent way too much time browsing, comparing sizes, and getting my hopes up, and it felt like wasted energy once I actually saw the quality.

Maybe I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order from them again. You can probably find similar pieces for less somewhere else, so the value really wasn’t there for me.

I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt from nbtclothing.com, and the shipping was fine overall. It wasn’t super fast, but it didn’t take forever either, so no real complaints there.

The quality was sorta disappointing though. The hoodie felt thinner than I expected, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching right away. The t-shirt also shrank a bit after just one wash, which was frustrating.
Everything looks nice in the photos, but in person it sorta feels cheaper than the price suggests. I really wanted to like the stuff, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I tried to return something it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the information I got was confusing, and every time I asked for an update it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Exchanges weren’t much better either. I still don’t feel like I got a clear answer. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I was completely sure about the size.

The sizing is way off and it runs really small. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because I definitely would’ve sized up
